After two decades as Newcastle’s leading model/acting agency, it’s no wonder the Models & Actors name is synonymous with success. And the woman behind the name is Natasha Porter, one of the most respected and well-liked individuals in the industry.
Natasha has built the agency on a firm ethical basis, a stark contrast to today’s often cut-throat practices.
The team behind Models & Actors has been involved in the Film, Fashion, Advertising, & Promotion Industry since it’s inception in 1985.
In 2004 Channel 9 and radio identity Cameron Williams took control, eventually forming a partnership with Natasha, who brought to the business a wealth of knowledge and experience in Modeling/Acting/Promotions and Styling.
Now solely owned by Natasha, Models and Actors offers a personal and friendly service based in Newcastle, NSW. With our industry experience and contacts we also give our talent access to the highly competitive Sydney and Australian markets.
Models and Actors talent has appeared in MISSION IMPOSSIBLE II, FARSCAPE, HOME & AWAY, VOGUE, DOLLY, GIRFRIEND magazines, major Sydney fashion parades and television commercials for SOUL MOBILE, NIB, AUSTRALIA POST, MCDONALDS, PERISHER BLUE and NEW SOUTH WALES TOURISM to name a few. We also conducted the 2005, 2006, and 2007 Miss Universe casting for the Hunter Valley.

My name is Yvonne Stanton. I have been in the entertainment industry
since 1983. I have an extensive background in Event Planning &
Production, Dance and Musical Theater.
I spent the early stage of my career traveling the world with many types
of musicals, dance and magical acts. I wanted more from the industry, so I
began my own production / event planning company.
I formed the AE Group in 1997. Since that time we have created a range
of productions for a number of companies including Sun Microsystems,
Toshiba, Bell, Suzuki, Toyota and Lexus.
My mission within Models & Actors is to utilise my extensive sales,
marketing and entertainment experience and make that available to our
clients. I want to develop a larger range of clients which will give our
talent a wider scope of jobs to choose from. My intent is to improve the
relationships with our existing and new clients through even better
communication and being more in tune with their needs.
Models & Actors will be a leading agency in NSW and in time, Australia.
We will be more selective in our search for talent, who will in turn, be on
our roster.
I am very excited about joining the team at Models & Actors and my role
within this company. I hope to bring a new energy and very high level of
commitment to our clients, which we also expect from our talent.
